January Wellness Challenge | Gallon of Water a Day
As easy as this challenge sounds, it can get a little overwhelming. However most of us are not getting in as much water daily as we should. We hear it constantly, how important water is to our over all health. But it wasn’t until I started drinking more water that I realized how important these benefits are and how quickly I felt them.
I immediately noticed an increase in energy.
Better sleep.
Not as hungry throughout the day.
Clearer skin.
Less bloating
Better mood
You may have heard the old rule, 8 8-oz glasses a day or a more current one, half your body weight in oz a day. Either works, as long as you are getting in more water regularly. Im pretty active so a gallon works for me. This may be too much for others and not enough for some people. Do what works for your body!
