A NEW APPROACH TO HEALTH AND WELLNESS
BODY
Loving my body. Exactly where it is. Simply being grateful I wake up each morning and my body carries me through my day I want to give it the best. I want to love it, and take care of it and preserve it to the best of my ability. Intuitively eat. Sleep when it is necessary and a big one is making sure I remain hydrated. Through trial and error, at this point in my life I know what foods are harmful and what food really fuel me and result in me feeling good. M
MIND
As far as my mind goes it is important for me to aggressively filter what I allow to enter my subconscious. Becoming more mindful of what I follow on social media and what I allow myself watch on tv or to even read. It’s important to pay attention to the types of conversations I’m having with people. Although some of these things may seem small, they slowly build and shape the way I think. They way I view the world, other people and most importantly myself. Increasing my reading is also a major goal I have. And not just passively reading, but actively being engaged, taking notes and applying useful information that can help mold and shape my life into what I want it to be.
SPIRIT
My spiritual health has steadily been changing in the most positive way. My relationship with God has been so on point and I pray that it only increases. I connect in different ways but the easiest way for me is prayer. After watching another YouTuber mention she sets an alarm to pray at a set time everyday, I did the same and have been consistent ever since and when I tell you the difference I have realized in my life cannot be explained. I’m constantly in conversation with God and it is changing my life and I am so thankful.
