Why February? Because its the shortest month of course. And I realize that cutting sugar can be a huge challenge for most people. But please trust me when I tell you it is so worth it. I tried this little experiment a year ago and have been on and off sugar ever since. And whenever I get back on I always regret it.
So we’re in this together.
I have a few tips which helped me and I will also link the entire video series I did on it below.
Stop cold turkey. Don’t try to ween yourself off. Just stop.
Let everyone around you know what you are doing so that they wont tempt you. Also invite them to join you. Make a bet of it. Make it fun.
Meal prep. Plan your meals at the beginning of each week. Something that makes it easier is eating the same thing daily. You can switch up here and there but have the base of your meals the same.
Read labels! There is sugar hidden in so many processed foods and is usually disguised under names most people aren’t familiar with.
